Tortuga, taking a look at the new Beagle tribe, missing Grant and Sandra from the last tribal council. Beagle, also taking a look at Tortuga, missing Natalie, who was medivaced for a case of uselessitis.
Today's challenge is based on the board game Scattergories, and it's going to test your ability to think creatively.
You'll be squaring off against someone from the other tribe, and all of your answers must begin with a certain letter. We've randomized the lists, and here are the matchups.
Kelly Sharbaugh vs. Yau-MAn
Letter: S
NaOnka vs. Shii Ann
Letter: E
Coach vs. James
Letter: R
Sydney vs. John
Letter: T
Marisa vs. Purple Kelly
Letter: A
Each of you will submit a numbered list of the following:
Category 1: Boy's Names
Category 2: Countries
Category 3: Survivor Contestants (Your letter may be their first or last initial)
Category 4: Girl's Names
Category 5: 4-Letter Words
You can submit as long of a list as you'd like, but here's the catch. You can only score point on words that your opponent has not already submitted, or you lose a life. You have up to three lives in this challenge.
So, if Ben and Rob are doing this challenge, and the category is US Presidents starting with J, we might submit lists like this:
Ben:
1. John F Kennedy
2. James Polk
3. Jimmy Carter
4. Andrew Jackson
5. James Monroe
6. James Madison
7. John Adams
8. Thomas Jefferson
9. John Tyler
10. James Garfield
11. James Buchanan

Rob:

#1) Ben scores 1 for JFK, Rob scores 1 for John Adams

#4) Ben scores for Andrew Jackson, Rob loses his second life with Polk.
#5) Both had James Monroe at #5, so neither person scores points or loses a life.
#6) Ben loses a life on Madison, and Rob loses his third life on Jimmy Carter. Rob can no longer score points.
Ben then continues to score until he loses to James Buchanan and John Quincy Adams.
Each team will participate in five matchups. Win three, and you score a point for your tribe. First tribe to three points wins. This challenge will end when one tribe gets three points. If neither tribe has three points at the end of the 24 hour period (by 8:00 PM Sunday), the tribe with the most points will win.
